Growing up, we have been told that our bodies is made of 70% water. Since our bodies have so much water, it is only natural to wonder how it effects us. Dr. Gerald Pollack, who is one of the leading premier research scientists in the world when it comes to understanding the physics of water, and what it means to your health.
His book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor, explains that the fourth phase as living water. It’s referred to as EZ (“exclusion zone”) water, which has a negative charge. Water can hold energy, much like a battery, and can deliver energy too. Also, the book went through experiments to demonstrate that the boiling point and freezing point can be at multiple temperatures, not just one. Other inherent differences between regular water and EZ water include its structure. Typical tap water is H2O but this fourth phase is not H2O; it’s actually H3O2. It’s also more viscous, more ordered, and more alkaline than regular water, and its optical properties are different. The key ingredient to create EZ water is light, i.e. electromagnetic energy, whether in the form of visible light, ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths and infrared wavelengths. Why is this important? Because EZ water is alkaline and carries a negative charge. Maintaining this state of alkalinity and negative charge appears to be important for optimal health. EZ water was confirmed in many laboratories all over the world and has been scientifically proven.
EZ water affects your body in a few different ways:
- More energy from stronger mitochondria. EZ water delivers electrons to your mitochondria, the powerhouses of your cells, and helps them generate more energy.
- Anti-aging. EZ water acts like an antioxidant, protecting your cells from free radicals and slowing down cellular aging.
- Protein folding. EZ water supports proteins, too. Proteins are the workhorses of your cells. They’re origami-like folded structures that affect just about everything your body does. The issue is that proteins can only function if they’re folded correctly. Stress makes proteins unfold and/or misfold; they lose function, and can only start working again if they absorb enough energy to snap back into place. EZ water binds to proteins and can deliver the energy they need to recover and begin doing their job again.
To obtain a natural source of EZ water for drinking, a deep spring water is best. EZ water is created under pressure. You can use FindaSpring.com2 to help you find a natural spring closest to you. Another way to create EZ water is blending. Water absorbs vibrational energy when you blend it, which turns a portion of the water into EZ water. Recent research by Dr. Gerald Pollack, who discovered EZ water, shows that even more EZ water forms when you blend butterfat into water, which is one of the many reasons to drink Bulletproof Coffee every morning. If you don’t go for coffee, you can make EZ water by blending regular water for at least 30 seconds.
Exposing your body to Sunlight is another way to create EZ water. Sunlight has plenty of the 1200 nm light that creates EZ water, plus a bunch of other spectra. EZ water forms in your cells when you expose your skin to unfiltered sunlight for a few minutes every day without sunglasses, clothing, or sunscreen. The more skin you expose, the more EZ water you’ll make. Please do stay out to long without sunscreen.
Another way to obtain EZ water is utilizing a NanoVi machine. The NanoVi machine at Bulletproof Labs sends water through 1200 nm radiation and you breathe it in, creating EZ water that spreads throughout your entire body.
If you have access to an infrared sauna, then this is also an option in making EZ water. Sitting in an infrared sauna will give you a concentrated dose of 1200 nm light and make lots of EZ water, which could explain why infrared saunas are so good at speeding up muscle recovery and tissue repair.
